How do I order a product online?

If you see a product that you want to purchase, click on the product, choose your size and quantity, then click “add to cart”. Once you are finished selecting your items, go to your cart and use PayPal to complete the purchase.

 

How do I know that you have received my order?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, or on the next business day, you will receive an order confirmation.

 

How long until I will receive my order?

If you live in Canada, you will receive your order within 5 – 10 business days ( unless on back order ). If you live in the U.S.A, you will receive your order within 1 – 3 weeks ( unless on back order ). Shipping is free; however, if you’d like an expedited service, please phone our toll free number and we can arrange an expedited shipment. We only ship throughout North America.

 

Can I make an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Our experienced staff will guide you through your purchase if you wish to complete the order over the phone. Our phone number is on the top right hand corner of our page.

 

What if the item doesn’t fit?

If you receive an item that does not fit, please do not hesitate to send it back via a traceable method and we will get you your correct size.

 

Can I refund my purchase?

Yes you can. If you wish to refund your purchase, you must notify us via email with in 15 days of received purchases and we will refund you your order.  The original tags must be attached and the garments must not have been worn or cleaned. The refund must be shipped back via a traceable method.
