How do I know that you have received my order?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, or on the next business day, you will receive an order confirmation.

  

How long until I will receive my order?

You should receive your order within 5 – 10 business days ( unless on back order ). Shipping is free with a purchase over $150; however, if you’d like an expedited service, please phone our toll free number and we can arrange an expedited shipment. We only ship throughout Canada.

 

Can I make an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Our experienced staff will guide you through your purchase if you wish to complete the order over the phone. Our phone number is on the top right hand corner of our page.

 

What if the item doesn’t fit?

If you receive an item that does not fit, please do not hesitate to send it back via a traceable method and we will get you your correct size.

 

Can I refund my purchase?

Yes you can. If you wish to refund your purchase, you must notify us via email with in 1 week of receiving your purchase and we will refund you your order. The original tags must be attached and the garments must not have been worn or cleaned. The refund must be shipped back via a traceable method.

What is the return policy on sale items?

Items purchased at a discount of 25% off or greater are final sale. Please carefully select the correct size at checkout for all sale items. 

Items purchased under a 25% discount are eligible for an exchange or refund as long as we have been notified of the return within 1 week of receiving your items. *Return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Canada.
